Study English in Southampton

Southampton is a city in southern England and one of the main ports in the United Kingdom. It is located approximately halfway between Portsmouth and Bournemouth, and is about 110 km southwest of London.

Southampton is one of the most cosmopolitan cities on the south coast of England. An ideal place for young students, it has extensive cultural, recreational and shopping opportunities. Its fame is mainly due to its important maritime heritage. From Southampton, Titanic's journey began and today cruises and luxury yachts still enter the port of the vibrant waterfront city.

Southampton is perfectly located for trips to London and many famous landmarks such as Oxford, Bournemouth or Windsor. It is also very close to the New Forest National Park.
